What’s your purpose? What’s your mission? We all have to agree that it is sometimes impossible to stay on track when it comes to aligning with our purpose. It is super important to continuously reset. Clear your mind, clear your space, take a step back and evaluate what’s working and what’s not working.
🔳Clear your mind. Sit in silence and meditate. Meditation is as important as exercise. What good is a healthy body without a healthy mind. Holistic health is a necessity.
🔳Clear your space. Remove things and people that clutter your space. Than means in your home, leisure and work environment.
🔳Take a step back and evaluate. Ask yourself what’s working and what’s preventing you from fulfilling your mission. If you are list checker, make a list! Do a pulse check on your current situation. You don’t want to keep doing the same thing if it’s not working.
